On the FM side of the building, one whole wall is filled with electrical
panels, 27-Sep-2001.
Jim's first task was to finish the installation of the McMartin BF-25M
as the backup transmitter, 27-Sep-2001.
McMartin BF-25M, driven by a Bext exciter, can be set to any frequency
to provide backup service for any station.
Four FM transmitters form the Citadel lineup at Deer Point. From left,
BE-FM30B for 93.1 KZMG, and three Harris HT-30CD's for 96.9 KKGL, 97.9
KQFC, and 92.3 KIZN.
Support equipment includes Bird Wattchers, main and backup Moseley STL's,
and fully-redundant Burk remote control system.
BE-FM10A for KBSU, 90.3 operated by Boise State University.
Henry 2000D for KBSX, 91.5 operated by Boise State University.
Citadel's four FM's are combined with Boise State's two FM's
in this six-way combiner.
