Commonwealth COO Dennis Goodman contacted us in early 2001, wondering if we could construct a new FM station in the Great Falls market in just over three months. We signed on the station on schedule and on budget.

Overall Height Above Ground Level=152 meters, 500 feet.
Effective Radiated Power=100 kw V, 100 kW H.

An application for license to cover CP was filed July 13, 2001.

Jim indicates that this is where the new driveway will be to the new transmitter site, off Vineyard Road, north of Great Falls. The red flags enable Cascade County officials to determine the proper address for the site. April 5, 2001.

Great Falls Sand & Gravel completed the new driveway May 23, 2001.
Luke at KVVR-FM
This is the nearest point of service for both Montana Power Company and Qwest. Luke Babcock was helping to identify and mark the principle features of the site on April 5, 2001.
KTGF-TV
To the southwest of the new site is the current transmitter site for KTGF-TV, Channel 16. Their tower is 800 feet tall. April 5, 2001.
